- In hot tawa add nuts and dry roast them..
- Break bhakhri into piece- Make fine powder (churma) of bhakhri and nuts into mixture..
- Heat ghee into pan – add jaggery (add according to sweet taste you like).
- Do continuous stirring – when jaggery melt into ghee add it to the churma..
- Grate nutmeg and mix it well..
- Give it laddoo shape and enjoy it..
