  1. Mix wheat flour + ghee 4 tbsp + milk to make hard and smooth dough of Bhakhri..
  2. Divide dough into 4 balls and make bhakhris of it and make impressions of the end of belan on one side of the bhakhari. As shown in the picture..
  3. Roast both sides of the bhakhri on hot tawa on low heat. Let it cool and crumble into powder in mixture..
  4. Heat jaggery grated and ghee to make a smooth mixture. Add this mixture cardamom powder to the above crushed bhakharis. Mix well..
  5. Now using the ladoo mould shape them like it and garnish with poppy seeds and serve them!.

Preparing churma is usually a time consuming process, which requires a long cooking procedure to eliminate the raw smell and get a rich aroma. Here is a really unique quick-fix, which involves powdering leftover rotis and using that coarse powder along with jaggery, ghee and nuts to prepare really delicious Quick Churma Ladoo.
