  15. {Get 1 tbsp of Oil.
  16. {Take 1/2 tsp of Rai dana.
  17. {Make ready 1/2 tsp of Kalonji.
  18. {Prepare 1 tbsp of Kutti lal mirch.
  19. {Take of Namak hazbe zarorat.
  20. {Get of Safaid channe 1 1/2 piyali.
  21. {Prepare 1 pinch of Zarde ka rang.

  2. Mong daal dho kar 15 min ke liye bhigo dein,ubaal kar grind karle ab mong daal main lal mirch,garam masala,zeera,lehsan powder aur hara dhanya daal kar mix karle ab namak shamil kar ke achi tarhan mix karen.
  3. Dough ke chhote pere bana lein centre se press kar ke filling bhar de phir halje haath se bail lein phir halki aanch pe deep fry karle.
  4. Pan main oil daal kar rai dana, kalonji,kutti lal mirch,namak,aur uble channe ayr mash kiye hoe patato daal kar is main 1 cup paani add karle phir zarde ka rang daal kar mix kar le 10 se 15 min pakae.
