How to Make Perfect Aloo capsicum and stuffed parantha

Aloo capsicum and stuffed parantha Many variations can be made with the stuffing of the parathas.we can add our favorite spices or we can make it very simple by only adding common ingredients. Aloo Paratha or Potato Roti is an Indian flat bread stuffed with seasoned mashed potatoes. To make delicious Aloo Paratha, boil the potatoes at least a few hours before you plan to make the parathas and mash them in a large bowl and cover and refrigerate.

Aloo paratha are Indian breakfast flatbreads made with whole wheat flour, mashed potatoes, spices & herbs. These flavorful and delicious stuffed parathas are a staple in many North Indian households. These are most commonly topped with white butter and served alongside pickle and yogurt.

Aloo capsicum and stuffed parantha is one of the most favored of recent trending foods on earth. It is easy, it is quick, it tastes delicious. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. They are fine and they look wonderful. Aloo capsicum and stuffed parantha is something which I have loved my whole life.

To begin with this particular recipe, we must prepare a few components. You can have aloo capsicum and stuffed parantha using 25 ingredients and 8 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Aloo capsicum and stuffed parantha:

  1. {Make ready For of aloo parantha-.
  2. {Prepare 4 of potato boiled and peeled.
  3. {Take to taste of Salt.
  4. {Make ready 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  5. {Prepare 1 tsp of Anardana powder.
  6. {Get as required of Whole wheat flour dough.
  7. {Make ready For of Aloo capsicum-.
  8. {Take 6 of potatoes peeled and diced.
  9. {Get 4 of capsicum diced.
  10. {Get 2 tbsp of canola oil.
  11. {Make ready 2 tsp of cumin seeds.
  12. {Get to taste of Salt.
  13. {Make ready 2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  14. {Get 2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  15. {Take 1 tsp of Garam masala.
  16. {Prepare 1 tsp of Kitchen king masala.
  17. {Make ready 2 tsp of Mango powder.
  18. {Prepare 1 tsp of Coriander powder.
  19. {Take as required of Cilantro for garnishing.
  20. {Get For of Onion raita-.
  21. {Make ready 1 of small onion chopped.
  22. {Prepare 500 gms of yoghurt.
  23. {Take to taste of Salt.
  24. {Take Dash of black pepper powder.
  25. {Prepare as required of Cilantro chopped.

Take them out from the fridge and add chopped onions, coriander leaves, salt, garam masala powder, and red chilli powder. Mix well so that no lumps remain. Put rolled paratha on tava on medium low flame with required oil. Be generous to put oil or ghee for parathas.

Steps to make Aloo capsicum and stuffed parantha:

  1. For aloo capsicum, take oil in a pan, add cumin seeds to this..
  2. Then add diced potatoes and sprinkle over all the spices as mentioned above except mango powder. And add capsicum to it. Mix it well so that the spices are coated to the veggies properly..
  3. Cover it and let it cook for 15-20 minutes. Keep stirring occasionally..
  4. Check if the potatoes are soft, add the mango powder and chopped cilantro. And it is ready to be served!.
  5. For aloo parantha, mash the boiled potatoes and add the spices and chopped coriander to this..
  6. Now make a ball out of the dough, roll it and then stuff it with mashed potato masala. Then roll it again, toss it from both sides with ghee on medium flame on a non stick pan.. and your parantha is ready to be served!.
  7. For onion raita, add chopped onion to yoghurts and add the other spices to it. Mix it all well. And garnish with cilantro. It is ready to be served!.
  8. Serve all this together in a plate. And your healthy lunch meal is ready!.

Parathas puff up, if cooked well. Now Aloo Parota is ready to serve. Enjoy Aloo Paratha with butter, ghee or pickle. Tips : Always mash potatoes till soft if any lumps or small pieces are there, you cannot get. Mix in wheat flour,salt and oil in a bowl,slowly add the water and knead into a stiff dough.
