Instructions to make Ladoo:

  1. Take a kadai,add desi ghee..
  2. Add besan and roast it well,12 to 15 min. stirring roasted it..
  3. Check besan requirements, u are also add extra desi ghee..
  4. Roast it non stop..
  5. After some time it looks golden brown…
  6. Remove the pan from the stove,add sugar powder and mix it well..
  7. Also add chopped dry fruits, make small and medium sized ladoo..
  8. Ready ur ladoo..

They can be enjoyed at any holiday, as a treat during tea time, etc. And they're easy to make, in my opinion. Rava is the local Indian name for semolina in the western and southern parts of India.
