I have baked it in donut moulds to get perfect shape. Remove from oven, flip the vadas in the pan (it would be slightly stuck to the pan, but use the back of a spoon to wiggle it out without breaking the crust). Remove and let them naturally leave the sides of mould for about 2 minutes. Demould and serve hot with coconut chutney.
