Methi Paratha – This makes a healthy and filling breakfast when served with yogurt or pickle. It tastes too good with a hot cup of chai (tea).   1. Take a mixing bowl pour all ingredients mix add 2 tsp oil mix and rub then add water and make a soft dough take rest..
  2. After rest make a ball roll and apply clarified butter fold and dust flour roll in rolling pin and make a parantha apply oil for both sides..
  3. Then serve with butter..
