  15. {Take 1/2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  16. {Make ready 1 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  17. {Take to taste of Salt.
  18. {Prepare pinch of Hing.
  19. {Prepare as needed of Oil for frying.

It is basically a savory slider of fried mashed potato fritters stuffed in a dinner roll. It easy to make and serve. Vada Pao, Wada Pav, or Wada Pao is a budget-friendly and gratifying Indian Style Burger which hails from the streets of Mumbai. The origin of this sandwich is the Indian state of Maharashtra, but this street snack is widely popular across all parts of India.

Steps to make Vada pav:

  1. Method: Boil potatoes and mash.Take a pan heat 1 tbsp oil then add mustard seeds,urad dal garlic,ginger green chilli paste add onion and curry leaves saute it then add turmeric powder salt and lime and mashed potatoes dhania leaves mix it together.then make a small balls of potato mixture.Method for coating:mix all ingredients of coating.Then dip the balls in besan coating and fry it in oil.

This is the only vada pav you'll ever need to make your best vada pav at home. Vada = deep fried potato patties and pav = burger buns. You can say it's kind of a potato sandwich or burger but what makes it so special is all the chutneys that go with it! We went to Mumbai that year to celebrate new year.
