  1. First mash boil potatoes add carrot,paneer,garlic chilli paste and salt to it,mix.them.properly.
  2. Take other bowl pour gram flour in it add salt,soda powder and water to make smooth paste.
  3. Make.balls from.the mixture dip in batter and deep fry them untill their.colours changes to golden brown.
  4. Paneer vegetable vada is ready to serve,enjoy vada with green chutney it's gives delicious taste.

The besan/gram flour and onion batter should be thick enough to coat the paneer cubes well. Take care to pick some onion along with paneer while putting the paneer pakora in hot oil. Deep fry the pakora until onion turns golden brown and crisp. Heat a spoon of oil in non-stick pan and add pepper. Stir fry the pepper cubes to make it softer first and then add other other veggies to the pan.
