  2. {Prepare 1 cup of yoghurt 240 ml, plain whole milk yoghurt.

  4. {Prepare 1-2 tablespoons of sugar or adjust to taste.
  5. {Take 1/4 teaspoon of cardamom powder.
  6. {Get of pistachios to garnish, optional.
  7. {Get of saffron strands to garnish, optional.

  3. To the same bowl, now add yoghurt. I have used plain whole milk yoghurt here..
  4. Blend everything until well combined. I used an immersion blender..
  5. Pour the mango lassi into serving glasses and chill before serving! You may garnish with pistachios, saffron badam strands before serving!.
