The ingredients needed to make Masala puri and pani puri:

  1. {Take for of masala puri.
  2. {Take 1 packet of puri.
  3. {Take 1/2 cup of Coriander mint chutney.
  4. {Prepare 1/2 cup of garlic chutney.
  5. {Take 1 of tbspChat masala.
  6. {Get 1 cup of potato filling.
  7. {Prepare 1/2 cup of finely chopped onions.
  8. {Get 1/2 cup of nylon sev.
  9. {Take as required of Coriander leaves.
  10. {Get for of Pani puri water.
  11. {Take 1/2 cup of coriander mint chutney.
  12. {Prepare 1 litre of cold water.
  13. {Get 2 tbsp of Pani puri masla.
  14. {Make ready 1 tbsp of Chat masla.
  15. {Make ready 2 tbsp of lemon juice.
  16. {Get 1 tbsp of cumin powder.
  17. {Make ready 1 tbsp of amachur powder.
  18. {Prepare 1 tbsp of black salt.
  19. {Prepare For of potato stuffing.
  20. {Make ready 2 cups of boiled potatoes.
  21. {Take 1 cup of boiled black grams.
  22. {Get 1 tbsp of coriander mint chutney.
  23. {Take as per taste of Chat masla.
  24. {Prepare as required of coriander leaves.

Assemble Pani Puri: Take each puri and gently make a large hole on its top-middle side with a spoon or your index finger or thumb for stuffing. Stuff it with masala (more or less, as you like).   1. To make masala puri–.
  2. First, take boiled potatoes mash them add some chat masala and boiled black grams and coriander leaves and salt keep it aside..
  3. Now make coriander mint chutney take both of them in a mixer jar and add green chilli and garlic, lemon juice some black salt and salt grind it in a paste..
  4. For garlic, chutney take some garlic cloves, red chilli powder, curd 1tsp and salt to a mixer grinder and grind it.
  5. Now assemble masala puri take puris then add potato filling, coriander chutney, garlic chutney, onion and nylon sev on top, sprinkle some chat masala garnish with coriander leaves.
  6. To make pani puri pani first take cold water then add coriander mint chutney recipe I mentioned above then add pani puri masla, chat masala, lemon juice, cumin powder, black salt, salt,amchur powder mix all this ingredients very well.
  7. Sieve this water once and garnish with boondi.
  8. Take boiled potatoes mash them very well,in a bowl add black grams, coriander mint chutney, salt, chat masala and coriander leaves mix them very well.

The hot hot masala and batani on crunchy puris is really amazing! Masala Puri is a famous chaat recipe from Karnataka. The dry green peas are boiled and flavoured with a freshly roasted and ground masala. The prepared spiced dried green peas masala is poured over a plate full of crunchy and roughly broken pani puris and garnished with finely chopped onions, tomatoes, green chutney, thin sev, lemon juice and coriander leaves.
