The ingredients needed to make Punjabi pinni ladoo:

  1. {Prepare 2 cup of wheat flour.
  2. {Get 2 tbsp of sooji.
  3. {Get 1 1/2 cup of ghee.
  4. {Get 1/2 cup of roasted gond.
  5. {Take 1/2 cup of cashew.
  6. {Get 1 cup of powdered sugar(according to taste bud).
  7. {Take 1 tbsp of sunflower seed.
  8. {Get as required of Roasted almonds for garnish.
  9. {Get as required of Roasted coconut flakes for garnish.
  10. {Make ready as required of Pistachio for garnish.

Blend until smooth, pour it out in a glass and serve. You may add some sugar if you wish. How to make Punjabi Pinni Take ½ cup of Clarified Butter in a wok and melt it in the wok. Moderately heated Clarified Butter is required to roast Edible Gum.

Instructions to make Punjabi pinni ladoo:

  1. Take 2 tbsp ghee in frying pan and roast gond in medium flame and in same ghee fry cashew and almond. Roast wheat flour in remaining ghee till golden brown at medium flame. When wheat flour leaves ghee then switched off the gas..
  2. Dry roast of sunflower seeds and coconut flakes.
  3. Add elachi powder,cashew and gond in wheat flour and lastly add sugar and mix it well..
  4. Make a pinni ladoo and garnish with almond, coconut flakes and pistachio..

Place ground linseed and spices in a mixing bowl. Put dates, pumpkin and sunflower seeds in a food processor and whiz until coarsely ground powder, it may go a bit gooey and granular. Warm coconut to measure out and place in a small pan over a gentle heat, add honey and orange juice. Ingredients required to make Punjabi Pinni.
