To get started with this particular recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can have coconut ladoo using 6 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Coconut ladoo:

  1. {Prepare 1 cup of Coconut powder.
  2. {Get 1 cup of milk.
  3. {Take 1/2 cup of sugar.
  4. {Get 1 tsp of elaichi (cardamom)powder.
  5. {Take 1/2 cup of milk powder.
  6. {Make ready 1 tbsp of ghee.

Coconut ladoo is often made during Indian festive occasions. Roll each ladoo in dry shredded coconut powder to coat them evenly. You can also use some nuts to add a crunch. A quick delicious treat to make for any occasion, celebration or festival like Holi, Ganesh chaturthi, Diwali or Navratri.

Instructions to make Coconut ladoo:

  1. Preheat kadhai,then add ghee.
  2. Add coconut powder.
  3. Fry it 2mins.add milk, milk powder,sugar,add fry it till dry….
  4. When it becomes dry…gas turn off add elaichi powder,or any edible colour if u want…dein cool it and when it cools give dein a laduu shape and roll into dry coconut powder…serve it…😊😊.

Add the cardamom powder (optional) and mix. Add the condensed milk and mix till all the coconut is coated with condensed milk. This is an easy recipe, gets done quickly and can be made even by a newbie in cooking. Generally, only the white part of the coconut is used. Toasting the coconut brings out the flavour, so definitely don't miss this step!
