  15. {Make ready 1/2 spoon of Mangrela ajwain.
  16. {Make ready 1/2 spoon of Hing.

This Chilli Paneer recipe contains flavours which are bold with lots of garlic, ginger and chilli (similar to Indian food I hear you say) the difference here is the use of soy and a little sugar to balance it out and create the delicious gravy for this dish. Chilli Paneer is a popular Indo-Chinese dish. Chilli Paneer makes a spicy flavorful starter especially for many of my friends who enjoy the spicy food. Steps to make Paneer chilli:

  1. Paneer ko medium size Ke Tukdo Me Kaat Lenge.
  2. Mixer me lahsun, adrak aur hari mirch ko pis Lenge.
  3. 6 spoon tomato sauce, 2spoon soya sauce or 1/2spoon vinegar lege..
  4. Gajar, shimla mirch, onion, hari mirch Yeh Sab Ko Chote Chote ko Tukdo me Kaat Lenge.pic Ke anusar.adrak or kuchha gajar kaddukas kar lenge..
  5. Maida-6spoon, Corn flour -2spoon, Chutki Bhar Hing, namak, adrak, lahsun, aur hari mirch ka pasted 1spoon., mangraila- javain1/2 spoon, or water dal kat 1patla ghoal banayenge..
  6. Mustard oil ko garamkar paneer ko ghol me deep kar ke jayada garamoil me dal2 kar fry kar lege.
  7. Yesa tal tal kar nikal le..
  8. Ab mustard oil ko garam Karenge Chutki bhar Hing,  jeera1/2 spoon dalege uske baad. Adrak, lahsun, hari mirch ka paste dalkar bhunjege.  uske baad onion aur namak dal kar halka brown bhunjege..
  9. Uske baad gajar daalege.
  10. Shimla mirch aur kaddukas kiya gajar ko bhi daal kar  bhunjana hai.
  11. Ye sab thoda bhunjane ke baad.usme tomato sauce or soya sauce bhi daal kar bhunjege..
  12. Uske baad fry paneer ko bhi daal kar thodi der bhunjana hai..
  13. Agar aapko dry paneer chilli khana hai to aapka dry paneer chilli taiyar hai.bas last Me thodi si vinegar or kali mirch daal kar milalege. Or 2min bhunjege.lijia ab aap garm2 dry paneer chilli khaiye or khilaiye…..
  14. Agar aapko gravy paneer chilli khana hai to usme half glass water me 1/2spoon corn flour mila kar gholege or paneer chilli me daal denge or dak kar 5 se 10min tak pakne denge..

This paneer chilli recipe is basically a stir fry of deep fried cottage cheese cubes with green capsicum, chillies, onion, garlic and delicious Chinese sauces. Fry the paneer in batches, turning the pieces until golden brown on each side, and transfer them to a paper-towelled dish. Watch out, as the paneer may spit; if so, half cover the pan with a lid.
