The ingredients needed to make Chilli Paneer:

  1. {Make ready 300 gms of Paneer square cubes.
  2. {Make ready 2 tbsp of Cooking oil.
  3. {Take 1/2 tsp of Black pepper.
  4. {Prepare to taste of Salt.
  5. {Take 150 gms of starch powded.
  6. {Take 100 gms of all purpose flour.
  7. {Get 1 tsp of Soya sauce.
  8. {Take 1/2 tsp of vinegar.
  9. {Make ready 1/2 tsp of Red chilli sauce.
  10. {Prepare 1 tbsp of Tomato sauce.
  11. {Prepare 1/2 tsp of Black pepper.
  12. {Take to taste of Salt.
  13. {Get 100 ml of Water.
  14. {Get 3 tbsp of Oil.
  15. {Make ready as required of Oil for fry.
  16. {Take 1 tbsp of Ginger Finely chopped.
  17. {Prepare 1 tsp of Garlic Finely chopped.
  18. {Make ready 2 of Onion medium diamond cut.
  19. {Prepare 2 of Capsicum medium diamond cut.
  20. {Make ready 2 stems of Spring onions.

Chilli paneer (restaurant style dry & gravy) Crispy chilli paneer is a Indo chinese starter or appetizer made by tossing fried paneer in sweet sour and spicy chilli sauce. This recipe will help you to make the best restaurant style dish. Serve it as a snack or as a side with noodles & fried rice. Paneer is a great substitute for meat and can be used in so many different dishes.

Steps to make Chilli Paneer:

  1. First of all we will take a bowl and add into 2 tbsp. Of oil,1tsp.vinegar, salt to.taste, black.pepper, paneer and mix all ingredients..
  2. Now we will take 2nd bowl and add starch flour, all.purpose flour mix well and add paneer cubes. And coat the paneer with flour..
  3. Now we will take a pan or kadhai and add into oil now we will add paneer for. Deep fry.
  4. Now we will take a chinese wok and add 2 tbsp of oil, add ginger and garlic now cook it on high flame for few second..
  5. Now add onion and capsicum and saute it for 2 minutes..
  6. Now we will add vinegar, soya sauce,red chilli sauce, tomato kechap, salt,black.pepper and saute 1 mint now add water,add paneer and saute it on high flame for 3-4 mints..
  7. And last garnish spring onion triangle fine cut.Your dish is ready now serve it and enjoy it..

This is a lip smacking way to serve paneer. The chilli paneer sauce is sweet, savoury and just as spicy as you like it. Use your favourite hot sauce for this one.
