- Then roll them all together until they're very thin like the picture shown below.
- Place your frying pan on fire (Make sure it's non-sticky) then place the rolled thin dough on the pan until you observe swelling up just like the picture shown below.
- Divide into four equal sizes with sharp knife or cutter.
- Separate them from each other. For this recipe you will get 12sheets of samosa.
The oil (or ghee) is rubbed into the flour mix with your hands, until the mixture forms a crumbly, breadcrumb texture. Samosa wrappers are made from flour, water and a tiny bit of vegetable oil.
