  8. {Take 1 of lime zest.
  9. {Take as per taste of Salt.
  10. {Get 1/2 tbsp of Haldi powder.
  11. {Get as required of Chaat masala, salt pinch, red food colour.
  12. {Take 2 tbsp of Peanut powder or besan for marination.
  13. {Get 1 tbsp of Red chllli.
  14. {Prepare 1/2 of lemon juice.
  15. {Make ready 1 small bowl of Hung curd.

  5. For paneer, veg satay, cut paneer veg in square's pcs add (1 small bowl hung curd, add 2 tbs peanut powder or besan it's optional add salt, lemon juice chaat masala) cornflour 1/2 tbs marinated paneer & veggies 1 hour in the refrigerator. Saute on the nonstick pan..

Instead of using peanut butter, you can also ground fresh peanuts in your kitchen machine. This will take about half a minute. Just take out the amount you need to make a peanut sauce and keep on grinding then the remainder will turn into peanut butter.
