- Roast the dry fruits in 1tsp ghee take 1tsp more ghee roast the makhana.
- Now add 4 tsp ghee and fry the edible gum now crush the edible gum and makhana by hand or mixture jar.
- Now take a pan heat the ghee then add alasi sesame seed then add sattu flour and roast atlest 10 minutes then add dry fruits grated coconut cardamom powder edible gum poppy seed s and crushed makhana and mix well after 2 minutes turn off the gas.
- Once the mixture is completely cool down then add sugar.
- Now make the ladoo garnish with pista.
- Tip : if your ladoo not bind you can add 1-2 tsp hot ghee or milk.
Actually sattu flour is nothing but roasted chickpea flour or bengal gram flour. It has a unique nutty taste to it which is delicious. It makes perfect sarbath, drink or like this ladoo. I have already made a drink, ladoo, cheela. First grind sugar with cardamom into a fine powder in a mixer.
